Camerata-"An informal gathering, usually for the purposes of literary, philosophical, or artistic discussion."

Washington's Camerata is dedicated to the performance of early music and, especially, the early flutes. As Artists-in-Residence for the historic Washington Parish at St. Peter's Episcopal Church, the members of Washington's Camerata, flutists Alicia Kosack, Kelly Kazik, and Sarah McIver, and harpsichordist Elena Tsai, have extensive early music training in addition to their modern music training. The group's unique instrumentation and innovative programming brings charming and rarely heard music to life in an historic space.
